There's a club like this in every major city. The Children of Seth can always surrender to the instinct and find their way there.

Humans do find their way in from time to time, whether or not they know what they are looking for. An ancient sigil encoded into the neon sign. A lonely, brooding figure by an otherwise nondescript door, who appears to be smoking - but doesn't seem to breathe otherwise.

The cleverest of humans - the ones who found their way in, realized just what exactly it was they had found, and, most importantly, didn't reveal what they knew - they were allowed to leave, and sometimes even allowed to return. To a child of Seth, the sound of a heartbeat is louder than any other - so those humans spent awhile outside before entering, listening to the relentless throb of the music. They would mask their mortality by syncing their pulses to the kick, and then plunge into the middle of the dance floor.

And in certain of those moments, time would stop for everyone, living or undead...

Took me long enough but I finally purchased this excellent split. I'm a drummer and I try to incorporate percussion in some way in a lot of my music and I just love their use of percussion in these two tracks. Listening to this in my car they just hit hard, could feel it in my chest. Still two artists I think are killing it in that raw, old school DS that illicit a feeling of going to battle in mud caked fields to the sounds of clashing iron. Highly recommend. gorgonsAlter
